SEO Services & Pricing Policy
Every business, website, and market presents a unique set of challenges. The pricing below reflects my standard engagement structure for local SEO projects and ongoing consulting. Larger regional or nationwide campaigns are quoted individually based on scope and competition.
$3,000.00 – Local SEO Engagement
This service includes a comprehensive three-month SEO engagement designed for businesses competing primarily in local or regional markets.
During this period, I evaluate and improve the technical, structural, and content quality of your website while building a strong foundation for long-term search visibility. Depending on the project, work may include technical SEO, information architecture, content strategy, internal linking, page quality improvements, website performance, quality assurance, and ongoing analysis.
SEO is a long-term investment. While some websites begin showing measurable improvements within the first month, meaningful ranking improvements typically require at least three months of consistent work. Businesses operating in highly competitive industries may require additional time before achieving significant gains.
This engagement establishes the foundation necessary for sustainable long-term growth rather than short-term ranking fluctuations.
Starting at $500.00 per Month – Ongoing SEO Management
Ongoing SEO management is available following completion of the initial three-month engagement.
Monthly work is tailored to the needs of each client and may include continued content development, technical improvements, website audits, performance monitoring, quality assurance, competitor analysis, and strategic planning.
Projects in highly competitive industries or larger geographic markets should expect monthly pricing above the minimum rate based on project complexity, competition, and the amount of work required.
$250.00 per Hour – On-Site SEO Consulting & Recovery
On-location SEO consulting and recovery services are available throughout the Poplar Bluff Micropolitan Statistical Area. Outside this area each instance is treated as individual.
Eight-hour minimum engagement.
On-site consulting is typically reserved for organizations requiring technical audits, website recovery, process improvement, team training, or strategic guidance.
National & Enterprise SEO
Businesses serving multiple metropolitan areas, statewide markets, or nationwide audiences require customized planning and pricing. These projects vary significantly in scope and are quoted individually after an initial consultation.
Service Policy
No long-term contracts are required.
Following completion of the initial three-month engagement, ongoing SEO services may continue on a month-to-month basis. Either party may discontinue monthly services at any time after the initial engagement has concluded.
I intentionally work with a limited number of clients so every project receives direct attention. My focus is on building long-term professional relationships through measurable value, thoughtful communication, and consistently high-quality work—not by relying on lengthy contractual commitments.
